| Ronald
K. Blake is a third generation Arizona
native. He has practiced law in the Phoenix area
since 1974, when he graduated from the Arizona State University College
of Law. Ron focuses his practice on helping small
businesses reach their full potential. While he has extensive
experience in commercial litigation, Ron now devotes most of his time
to business transactions such as business planning and entity formation, drafting
and reviewing commercial contracts and leases,and buyingand selling
businesses. His many years in the “litigation trenches”
has provided Ron with a unique perspective that helps him to keep
his clients out of court. This perspective also frees up Ron’s
time for wind surfing, competitive mountain biking, ornithology, and
travel. |

| Marc
Pulsifer was born and raised right here in the Valley
of the Sun. After taking a degree in English Literature, summa cum
laude, from Arizona State University, he decided to stay close to
home and enrolled at ASU’s College of Law. Since 1998, Mr. Pulsifer
has practiced in the areas of estate and small business planning,
business transactions, estate and trust administration and protective proceedings. He prides himself on his client
centered approach to the law. By focusing on his
clients’ goals and motivations, he can design and implement legal solutions that serve his clients’core
values. In practicing law Mr. Pulsifer’s guiding
principle is his strong belief that the full benefit of the attorney/client
relationship can only be achieved when the client’s values and
objectives are the focus of the representation. Marc is the proud
father of five children. Accordingly, his free time is spent coaching,
cheering, and driving. |

| Tracie
Beach grew up in the northern Arizona town of Show Low.
She took a job as a legal secretary in 1987 and has never looked back.
Since then she has worked as a legal secretary, paralegal, and office
manager for several firms. In addition to handling Blake & Pulsifer’s
billing and accounting, she serves as secretary to attorney Marc
Pulsifer. |

Kascht has over 20 years experience as an estate planning
and transactional paralegal. Her areas of competency include estate
planning, business formation, probate, and litigation support. Maribeth
was born and raised in Minnesota where she attended the College of
St. Catherine and received a B.A. in History. |

| Brandi Wolfe was born in Burbank, California and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. After graduating, she moved to Southern California to begin her career as a legal assistant... and to enjoy weekends at the beach! Upon returning to the Valley of the Sun, Brandi joined the Blake & Pulsifer team as assistant to attorney Ron Blake. |
